For this project, we worked with Clare at Ocuix to execute her designs into a fully immersive, five-day virtual event, broadcasting live to a UK audience. Each one-hour show featured a unique theme and was delivered in a different format and visual set-up for each show, enhancing viewer engagement and maintaining a dynamic atmosphere.
The virtual event was streamed via Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless access for all participants. We provided a fully equipped production setup, including a 5-camera system, autocue, and a range of advanced lighting solutions such as Astera Titan and Helios tubes, creating a polished and professional visual experience. Digital signage boards were used in one set as a presenter walk-through environment which added an extra layer of branding and information delivery.

A team of 13 experienced crew members managed the technical execution, ensuring flawless live streaming across all sessions. With 3,500 live viewers and 2,000 more watching on-demand later, the event successfully combined high-quality production with seamless delivery, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participant.
